This role is ideal for a passionate practitioner who loves educating others, thrives on sharing knowledge and wants to make a meaningful impact in the natural healthcare industry.

The Opportunity:
As an Educator at Integria, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-informed education to healthcare practitioners and internal teams. You’ll develop and present engaging technical content across a range of formats, including seminars, workshops and digital learning.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure education programs are aligned, impactful and commercially relevant, while strengthening practitioner engagement and brand credibility. You’ll also contribute to training initiatives, content development and innovation, helping to maintain Integria’s leadership in practitioner education.

What You’ll Do:

• Research, develop and deliver advanced technical education to internal teams and healthcare practitioners
• Deliver engaging education across multiple formats including seminars, symposiums, workshops, livestreams and VIP events
• Design and facilitate targeted workshops for top and high-potential practitioner customers
• Create high-quality presentations, videos and supporting educational materials
• Contribute to the Integria Practitioner Education Centre through content and educational resources
• Deliver induction and ongoing training programs to build technical capability across Sales, Clinical Support and Education teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure education programs are consistent, aligned and impactful
• Review and technically edit speaker presentations to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
• Represent Integria at industry conferences and professional association events
• Provide practitioner-led insights to support new product development and innovation
• Ensure all content meets regulatory, brand and visual identity requirements
• Manage education-related administrative tasks to support planning and delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree qualifications in Naturopathy, Nutrition or Herbal Medicine
• 5+ years’ experience in the practitioner natural healthcare industry
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering education or training programs
• Strong presentation skills with confidence speaking to large professional audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence a broad range of stakeholders
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Analytical thinking and sound decision-making capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
• A collaborative, proactive approach with strong initiative and drive
